Return and Refund
We want you to enjoy the items you purchased from Hytechy, if you ordered the wrong part or need to return it for any reason, do not worry. Just send it back to get money back or exchange. Customers will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
1. Within 90 days since receipt date
If the item purchased from hytechy turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) within 90 days since receipt date, you may return the item for replacement or full refund. If a reshipping is requested, we will assume the reshipping postage. Please choose an inexpensive shipping method with available tracking number to return the product if possible. If the shipping method with available tracking number is expensive, you may send it back to us with the non-tracking number shipping method. Please make sure to keep all the shipping receipt before your problem being solved.
2. After 90 days since receipt date
If the item becomes defective after 90 days since receipt date, customers can still send the item back to us for replacement. We will resend a new replacement after receive the returned package. Customers should cover the shipping cost both two ways. Customers do not cover any handling fee, only the shipping fee. Please choose an inexpensive shipping method with available tracking number to return the product if possible. If the shipping method with available tracking number is expensive, you may send it back to us with the non-tracking number shipping method. Please make sure to keep all the shipping receipt before your problem being solved.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive wrong item different from the item you ordered, you may send it back to us. If you like the wrong item, you can keep it and Hytechy will give you 40% discounts of its listed price. We will ship your original item in your order once we get your payment.
If you are not satisfied with the item purchased from Hytechy, you can return it for refund within 7 days after you receive it, and you should cover the return shipping fee. Please make sure the product you return is complete and in good condition with all original parts and accessories in the original box, and will not affect our secondary sale. A 10% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Hytechy will send the missing item to customer once we check it. If the item is out of stock, full refund of the item’s price will be issued. Customer should contact our customer service within 7 days since receipt date. Please keep the package if this happens, because we may need it to solve the problem. Any confirmation that cannot be fulfilled successfully due to customers’ responsibility, we will refuse to solve this kind of problem.
Item Shipped but not Deliver
If the status of shipment is not updated and you still do not get the item after 60 days since the shipment date, we will resend the item to you.
Item Dead on Arrival or Damaged on Arrival(not caused by incorrect usage)
Customer can return the item dead on arrival or item damaged on arrival (physical damage or scratch) within 5 days since receipt date. If a reshipping is requested, the warranty period will be re-counted from the next receipt date.
In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
- The images of original shipment label.
- The images of original package with front and back sides.
- The images or video of the damaged item.
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures
- Before returning any item, you must submit return information. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one order and must match the product(s) authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
- Please repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package. It should be clearly displayed on the return shipment label. Packages without the RMA will not be accepted.
- Return the package back within 30 days. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. It will be really appreciated if you can inform us of the tracking number. It is helpful for us to handle your problem more quickly.
- If you requested a replacement, we will resend a new to you once we confirm your return. Once we send the item out, we will inform you of the tracking number.
- If you requested a refund, we will issue a refund once we confirm your return. We will issue you a refund to your original payment method in the same day.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product. If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same day as we specify to you by email. Depending on the payment method, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
